How Our Insurance Peer Groups Work

Our Insurance Peer Groups are simple by design. You show up once a month, bring real challenges from your agency, and leave with ideas from owners who have already solved the challenges you are facing.

Step 1: Apply

Fill out a short application about your agency and what you're working on right now.

Step 2: Have a 30-Minute Conversation

We'll talk through your agency, your goals, and whether a peer group is the right fit. There's no pressure on this call. It's a two-way conversation.

Step 3: Get Placed in the Right Group

You'll be matched with a group of 10 or fewer independent agency owners. Nobody in your group competes with you in your market, so you can speak openly.

Step 4: Meet Every Month

Each group meets virtually on Zoom once a month and in-person twice a year.

What Happens in a Meeting

Every meeting follows a structure so the time is focused and useful:

  1. Agency Updates: Each member shares updates about what you are working on, new challenges, and progress on current initiatives.
  2. Shared insight: Members compare notes on carriers, markets, hiring, technology, and operations.
  3. Commitments: Everyone leaves with one clear action to take before the next meeting.

Some meetings also include guest speakers from the insurance industry.

Between Meetings

You'll have access to your peer group members for accountability and real-time support. You can also reach Kyle directly when direct support is needed.
